We are a 31 unit motel Aspen Manor in Hamilton East. This motel was built in 1986 and had never been refurbished to any great extent.

Faced with a costly major refit we called in Waikato Resurfacing to give us ideas. Mike was able to make suggestions on the complete complex. Thirty-one bathrooms needed to be refitted. Ninety items of furniture needed to be replaced.

Using Resurfacing Systems, Mike was able to repaint all the bathroom vanities in place and repaint most of the furniture. The cost saving was a major advantage to us. Customers now see new vanities and new furniture.

Mike is also able to come back every six months and repaint any items that have been damaged.

We have been impressed by his attitude and professionalism. If anyone wishes to pay us a visit to view our units we would welcome them.

Four years later, the cupboards still look great"

In August 2004 my wife and I were considering redecorating our kitchen which had been build new in 1992. We pondered long and hard as to what finish we required on the doors of the units and surrounds. A chance call to Mike Swain of Resurfacing Systems Waikato for a free quote and photos of work already completed, convinced us to request Mike to carry out the painting. Mike and his partner displayed a thorough knowledge of the products and our requirements, giving us confidence in his ability to complete the job to our satisfaction. The lasting memory of the job was the meticulous masking and removal of paint fumes while completing the job. Now, four years later, the cupboards still look great.
